I/We hereby declare that our organization is registered as a Micro, Small, or Medium Enterprise under the provisions of the MSMED Act, 2006 and holds a valid Udyam Registration issued by the Government of India. We further undertake to inform the Company of any change in our MSME status and to provide the updated Udyam Registration Certificate as and when it is renewed, modified, or amended. This declaration is submitted for the purpose of vendor registration and compliance with applicable MSME provisions in India.
I/We hereby declare that our organization is presently not registered under the MSMED Act, 2006 and therefore does not fall under the category of Micro, Small, or Medium Enterprises as per the applicable laws of the Government of India. Accordingly, we confirm that we are not eligible for any benefits or protections available to MSMEs under the MSMED Act, including provisions relating to delayed payments. We further acknowledge and confirm that we are aware that the protections and benefits available under the MSMED Act, 2006, including those relating to delayed payments, are applicable only to enterprises that hold a valid MSME/Udyam Registration at the time the relevant supply of goods or services is made or the relevant obligation arises. Accordingly, we understand and acknowledge that any future registration as an MSME will not entitle us to invoke such protections retrospectively in respect of transactions or obligations that arose prior to such registration (if any). We further undertake that if our MSME status changes in the future, we will promptly inform the Company and provide the valid Udyam Registration Certificate or relevant proof of registration. This declaration is submitted for the purpose of vendor registration and compliance with applicable MSME provisions in India.
