Aleph INDIA (“company”) grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access and use the website Aleph INDIA(“website”). The content available on this website including but not limited to Aleph INDIA’s trademarks, industrial designs and inventions (patents) shall be the exclusive intellectual property of Aleph INDIA and cannot be copied, sold, or otherwise exploited for any other commercial purpose whatsoever without the prior written consent of the Aleph INDIA. Aleph INDIA may in some situation ask the user to upload some data including but not limited to literary, artistic, electronic data and all the content uploaded by the users on the  website is exclusive intellectual property of that user/website and hence any copying or any other exploitation will lead to action under the Copyright Act, 1957 or any other applicable laws. Any infringement of copyright of others shall give the right to Aleph INDIA to remove the content and take necessary steps. All the document/text/any other electronic way of transferring or remitting information which will be uploaded to the website will contain the watermark of Aleph INDIA.  In the event of non-acceptance of this condition the account holder/user shall not be allowed to upload the content on the website or use the website.

• User/viewer/ account holder also agrees not to circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with security- related features of the website or features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content or enforce limitations on use of the website.
