  • Test for Determination of sodium chloride
  • Test for Determination of water-insoluble
  • Test for Determination of excess alkali

Packing and Marking:

Packing and Marking shall be done in accordance with IS 297:2001. The material must be packed in mild steel drums, and the Standard Mark (ISI Mark) shall be marked on the product's container provided that the material so marked meets all requirements of the specification. Each package must be securely closed and clearly labelled with the information as specified in the standard.

The Manufacturer must obtain a BIS license from the Bureau of Indian Standards to use a standard mark (ISI Mark). The BIS grants a license based on a successful assessment of manufacturing infrastructure, quality control, testing capabilities, and production process.
