Grant of BIS Licence for hydrogen peroxide as per IS 2080
The Bureau of Indian Standards recently issued a BIS Licence for hydrogen peroxide in accordance with IS 2080. M/s Solvay Peroxythai Limited, one of our clients, has received a BIS license for hydrogen peroxide as per IS 2080. Hydrogen Peroxide is covered by IS 2080. This standard specifies the requirements, sampling methods, and tests for stabilised hydrogen peroxide. The manufacturer must ensure that the products meet Indian standards to obtain a BIS certificate for hydrogen peroxide. To sell their products in the Indian market and use a standard ISI mark, all Manufacturers are required to obtain a BIS licence from the Bureau of Indian Standards.
