Packing and Marking:

Packing and Marking shall be done in accordance with IS 2833:2019. The material must be packed in appropriate drums. Each container must be securely closed and bear the information as specified in this standard. The Standard Mark shall be marked on the product's container provided that the material so marked meets the requirements of the specification. The Manufacturer must obtain a BIS license from the Bureau of Indian Standards to use a standard mark. The BIS grants a license based on a successful assessment of manufacturing infrastructure, quality control, testing capabilities, and production process.
